WHAT WAS BUNNY MALONEY?

Bunny Maloney was a CGI animated television series created by Studio Tanuki and directed by Stéphane Stoll. The series was produced by MoonScoop Group, in co-production with France 2 and Telegael Teoranta. It was based on a Flash animated pilot called The Attack of the Giant Red Octopus (French: Pinpin le Lapin: L'attaque de rouge geant). The series chronicles the adventures of a pink anthropomorphic rabbit named Bunny Maloney and his friends. Due to an error in judgment by Kabillion, the series was withdrawn from its platform while a Season 2 was planned for 2011, but wasn't produced because Moonscoop fell into bankruptcy. In France, Bunny Maloney was broadcast for the first time on June 29, 2009, on the TV channels Canal+ and Canal+ Family during the Cartoon+ programming block. There was also a "Bunny Maloney Movie" as well that lasted approximately 58 minutes. There's little info on what it was about, nor any footage.
A lost media short film collaboration called "Fallen In Love" also is to note as well. There is only screenshots of this, but not the film itself.
An English dub aired on Kabillion (along with official videos of the show on their YouTube channel), but any trace of the show has later been removed as mentioned. The series is currently distributed on Apple TV's French website.
In the late 2010s, Bunny Maloney became partially lost media, with episodes/content still trying to be found to this day.
Episodes in both English and French have been found on several YouTube channels, the most notable ones as of current being The Bunny Maloney Archives, Pyritie, Saulo Ontivero, Udo Q, along with others.
Episodes in different languages such as Bosnian and Croatian have also been found partially.
There are many languages where no episodes are found.
Our mission is to communicate with the Bunny Maloney fandom and to get more knowing about this show. Hopefully together, we can find these lost episodes, get more knowing about the series, and maybe even get some justice to bring it back for a revival. We firmly believe this show was never intended for young kids. And it has proven to not be.
As such, if this show was geared towards older audiences, it may of still been on the air. This underrated show has potential, lots of it. But if it's ever brought back in the same light as adult show revivals we know and love, it MUST be towards the right audience.
We need more content and most importantly, we must find the media we lost.
